My Colleague's Case
on April 7, 2010I am shocked to find out today that my colleague and her sister are actually purchasing Herbalife products at high price and yet for each order they can only order Start Now Pack and nothing else. No mix and match of products per order. FYI, Start Now Pack consists of 1 F1, 1 F3 and 1 TeaMix 100g. Due to this Restriction, she has to keep restocking her TeaMix before even finishing the existing bottle. After a few chats with her, I found out that the seller even gave her wrong information about how to consume the shakes. She has been told not to eat anything 4 hours after her shake and she dare not eat anything even she felt hungry *faint*
Important Points:
1) High Price - I got much lower prices when I first joined as member2) Only Start Now Pack can be ordered - This is extremely ridiculous. As members, we can order anything from Herbalife without limit. We even enjoy Free Delivery if we made purchase of RM500 per order (based on retail price).And the best is Herbalife delivers the stocks right at our doorstep.
3) No food within 4 hours after shake - This is definitely not true. We can eat anything 30min - 1 hr after our delicious shake.
The morale of the story is :
If you are serious about weight management with Herbalife, get yourself a responsible coach, who will give you proper guidance and good service with frequent follow ups and be there to answer your questions about the products. Taking the product without proper guidance will just ended up wasting money, effort and time!

Herbalife Shake = Slimming Product?

Is Herbalife Shake really a slimming product? Yes, that was what i assumed. In most forums, you can see a lot of people consuming Herbalife shakes to lose weight. And I am one of them. But after learning more about Herbalife shakes yesterday, it is not just an ordinary slimming product, or I should say "It is NOT a slimming product". It is a nutrition drink that provides us with sufficient nutritions that we need everyday.
Lose Weight
By replacing our daily meals (at least 2 meals) with Herbalife Shakes, we will be able to lose weight, as we are taking in lower calories per meal and yet not losing up nutritions that we need and the best thing, we don't have to suffer from hunger and be energetic for the whole day. Let's call it a "2-1 Wonder Shake", as it is helping me to lose weight and regain my health. Also save up my money from medical fees. Wonderful~~~~

Surprise! Consuming Herbalife Shakes can also help you to gain weight if you want to. Can a slimming product helps to achieve this? Definitely NOT. But Herbalife Shake, a nutrition drink, YES! Why Herbalife?
on March 16, 2010Reason? Simple one. I saw a successful story with my own eyes. My colleague consumed Herbalife shakes for months and managed to lose a lot of weight without negative side effect.
Did I get Herbalife from my colleague? No. She is not a Distributor. And neither do I want to let my colleague know that I am interested. I secretly did my research on Herbalife online and found out that Herbalife is not as expensive as I remember. And yet, it is quite reasonable and yet affordable.
Why do I said "as I remember"? Coz N years ago, I did consume Herbalife shakes once. I bought it from my hubby's relative, who kept on saying that I am FAT and Herbalife is very good for weight loss. To avoid further disturbance from his relative, I was forced to buy a set with Retail price. With little guidance from his relative, I started consuming the shakes. But guess what? I started to gain more weight rather than losing them. I stopped consuming it. I left them in my lovely cupboard and threw them out of my house after they expired. hehe
Why Herbalife again after N years? I want to lose weight. After seeing my colleague's result, I start to believe that Herbalife definitely help in losing weight. And to my surprise, Herbalife is not just a weight losing drink, but helps to gain weight as well if you want to. It is also full of nutrition that helps to keep our body healthy as well. Impressive. I can lose weight while keeping my body healthy. Isn't that a great?
To conceive, my hubby went for the sperm test, and apparently, he is 100% healthy. Knowing that, I feel even stressed as I am the one with problem. And I don't want to disappoint my hubby as he really loves kid.
To conceive, I went to seek medical help from several doctors. But all they can help me, is put me on a maximum 3 months medication (clomid etc). Although it does help regulate my menstrual period during the medication, I also faced other side-effects like acne, emotional, and also weight gain. Once i stopped the medication, my menstrual problem is back to square one. It doesn't really help solving my problem. On my last medication, my period didn't come as it supposed to be. I guess my body is already immune to the medication. Therefore, I turned to Traditional Chinese Medication for further treatment.
